The Penisar Mynydd Caravan Park is located within a tranquil, attractive rural position, set within the stunning Clwydian Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
The site is to be found just 2 minutes from the main North Wales trunk road, the A55 (Junction 29), offering convenient access. Yet the site is set within pretty fields and wooded areas in a quiet secluded area.

This area of outstanding natural beauty is in many ways a hidden treasure as visitors to North Wales head towards Snowdonia. yet the Clwydian Hills offer terrific walking contry with stunning views of the North Wales coast and then the Vale of Clwyd. The Visitor Centre offering all the information to explore these hills is to be found in Loggerheads near the town of Mold. Despite its rural setting, the site offers strong TV reception and mobile telephone access. The site also offers full wifi access.
